Returns policy

In a nutshell

Changed your mind? If your order hasn’t been shipped yet it’s OK. You can cancel your order and receive a refund. If you receive your order and it is damaged, you can make an exchange or receive a store credit. We don’t do refunds on exchanges.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1. Refunds on cancelled orders

We only offer refunds on orders that have not been shipped. If you have paid online but your order has not been processed or shipped yet, you may contact us at to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 30 days.

2. Exchanges on returned items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged for reasons due to our error. We do not refund these items. We will either replace items or provide you with a store credit.

There are certain situations where exchanges will not be granted:

• Books or journals with obvious signs of use
• Intimate, sanitary, health and personal care items
• Gift cards and digital products
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Any item purchased on sale or using a discount code

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed within 30 days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If your exchange is approved, we will refund your shipping costs.

Depending on where you live, the time frame to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are returning an item over R500, you should consider using a courier service that offers tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We offer no guarantees towards the receiving of your returned item.

3. Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 30 days, please check your bank or credit card account again then contact the respective financial institution, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
